How forgetful can i be?

Or rather how fan-jian can i be? went over to yao's hse to stay over cos i had got dental FFI on monday. so i agree into sending 2 poor gals studying in NUS dinner on sunday night. BUT i forgot to bring my clearance form to yao's hse. in the end got to drive back home(with yao's family car which i dun think anyone should lay their hands on after me) to get it(which cost me abt 10bucks of fuel). after that went back to NUS to send them home. played dota till late in the night, such that i woke up late the next day. i left his house in a rush only to find that i left my clearance form in his house -_-!! so in the end i managed to get my docu clerk to fax a copy of the clearance form to safti. so thinking of this i feel more fan jian, serious waste of the 10bucks fuel money.

*dun ask me why i am using fan-jian so often lately. ask my SAJC group of crappy friends.

Ice Skating

haha time to update my blog le. yup, last saturday i went ice-skating. heh that was the first time i stepped onto the ice skating ring, was kinda excited before the outing. haha kept jio-ing pple to come. In the end, 11peeps turned up for the event haha and stomped the place haha.

Highlight of the day 1: I lost the freaking ice-skating admission ticket. haiz was so sian then, thinking of the fines that i got to pay. it's freaking 30 bucks. thanks to huishi, yuwen, ahyang who proposed splitting the fine, really appreciated that thou i think i wun really accept that. but anw it was all good in the end cos the manager actually found the ticket and the 5bucks folded together with it. haha after some shitty explanation, i manage to get the ticket back. phew~~ if not 30bucks gone like this. haha so huishi proposed buying 4-D(for the first time) haha so we went to the nearby NTUC and bought it. the lost-and-found admission ticket number was 312295. so we bought 3122, 2295 and 1229. and guess what, the first prize is 2795!!! argh, the first prize was so close and yet so far. haha nevertheless, i really had fun man

Highlight 2: Cheap thrills. haha we had 2 x 50cents cheap thrill that day. check out my pictures! hehe

Highlight 3: Desmond's birthday. haha went for desmond's birthday celebration in the evening. haha it was so freaking crowded so wasn't really comfortable man. haha but seeing my buddy so happy that day with lotsa present PLUS he was changing into our gift for birthday photo-taking, hah! that really meant sth to me, thou he din know that i tried that on then! hehe!

haha, it's a friday. as usual, it's a boring day at work, just walking around in the office, waiting for volcanic eruption and with thousands of arrow piercing through me while looking forward to the JB seafood outing that i was going to have. haha it was then raining in the early afternoon, and with the news that only 3pple were gonna turn up for the outing ltr, i was soooooo sianz. the thought of pang seh-ing was soo freaking strong haha. but in the end i decided to press up, met up with Gerald and cross the causeway with this noob. Yes, he was seriously a noob cos he had never crossed JB by bus before but i doubt he is a noob now which i will elaborate ltr. haha so we cross the customs, met up with Elaine at city square haha and headed to RESTORAN AH KAW for seafood. hehe she drove us around, funny to see someone sitting so close to steering and upright when driving lol. anw outta rush, i forgot to change ringgit so all we had was abt RM 100. not wanting to stay back and wash the dishes, we were quite conservative while ordering haha. we order bee hoon, chilly sliced fish, chilly kangkong and cereal prawn. all of them were nice, just enough for us to feel full and most importantly, for just freaking 51RM!! haha so it's only 17RM per person. we were so shocked with we got the bill. Elaine went, "Ah? you sure? got count wrongly or not?" anw haha glad that we dun have to wash the dishes, took some pictures at the restaurant as well haha. heh oh yah, we were discussing on a road trip to cameroon highlands, and maybe KL as well in early May. Weeeeee!! can drive le!! haha.

After that Elaine drove us to her club, where me and Gerald showed off our Singaporean driving skill lol. and that is, vertical parking!!! haha, we were playing with her family car(i hope her dad doesn't see this :p) haha driving round and round the club, Gerald tried parallel and vertical parking, while i trying only the latter cos i wasn't too confident with parallel parking due to the size, hehe, MVP.

Went to Elaine's hse to sit around a while, we were waiting like 15mins outside the house waiting for the gate to open thou. haha the freaking gate doesn't open no matter how hard we tried, and i was controlling my bladder like mad! anw just when we are hopeless and just chatting outside the house, the door suddenly opened! haha phew, can release my storage tank.

Okay anw highlight of the day would be how screwed up Msia customs is, and on the other hand how dumb and noob Gerald and I had been(but trust me, we are pros now). we went to the singapore customs without getting the msia departure chop!! we are like 2 helpless little boy seeking for help at singapore customs. luckily the ICA officers allowed us through to the other side to take a bus back to msia to get the chop.

So why does this happen? yes, we got to agree we are noobies. but msia custom is soooo screwed up. look at singapore customs, the moment u alight 170, u go up to singapore customs, go down to board 170 again, reach the msia custom, get their chop and poof! u are in JB. everything is a one way guided traffic on singapore's side. places u are not meant to go, they will fence it up. there's no way you can walk to the wrong place. but on the way back, *shake head* the correct way should be taking an escalator up to msia customs, get their chop, take the escalator down to the bus berth, and take a bus back to singapore. BUT the bus stopping at the bus berth can park all the way back to the escalator u take before going up to the msia custom. that's not all, it's NOT FENCED UP!! WTF. seeing pple boarding the bus, Gerald and I happily boarded the bus and went all the way to singapore customs. without getting the chop from the msia side. SUPER DUPER SIANZ!! luckily it was like off-peak hr then. we took about 45mins to go back to JB and come back to singapore so it wasn't THAT bad. maybe i should write in suggestion on how to improve the msia customs man. argh.

haha today went to town with some of my buddies to buy some gifts. lol outta desperation, we almost bought some sex toy as gift. we were discussing lotsa stuff on clothes, more of what type of clothes each of us usually wears. so, concluded that white-based tops is usually very 'hongda'. haha anw manage to buy a top in the end so we did not waste the trip. but i so like the top that i cant bear to part with it. so.........

i tried on it!! Cheap Thrill huh?

haha guess what the crazy big kids had done today?! we skate from office to esplanade!! the routes are pretty tough. i fell down twice, hehe luckily not many pple was around. jwen not so heng le, fell down a bit more and pple saw! haha, but serious this 1+hr trip to esplanade increase my strength and stamina by hell lots. upon reaching esplanade haha skating on nice tiles, i can speed like nobody's business easily. heh but i doubt we are gonna try it anytime soon cos the routes are difficult to skate and dangerous too. anyway time for me to slp. haha crazy big kids rocks!

I just finished watching this movie again. Yeah again, this's the second time i had watched it. highly recommended movie. for gals, u can watch it for the dances, shuai ge, and the touching and romantic story while the guys, hmm u can try learning the dances lol!

it's about this cutie 'bought' from china as a partner for a dance competition. and how they fell in love. quite a twist in the story. very touching and romantic movie. the dances are astonishing good, haha make me kinda miss dancing again. maybe i should take up dancing when i recovered.

P.S. I had kept a copy of the torrent file for this movie, those who wants to watch it can request the torrent file from me for download, it's 463MB, good quality with chinese subtitles :)

Night CycLing

Night Cycling

haha, the long-awaited night cycling was back!!! and great success as well, lest the distance covered din really satisfy me haha. It was a friday, 17 Jan. haha we started the night cycling at 915pm or so after collecting the bikes. everyone was high on spirits. haha chiong ahhhhhhh!!! i had the worse cramp in my life. i am not joking, seriously it was the worse. there was a steep slope and i chiong all the way up even thou i feel as though i'm gonna cramp any minute halfway through. and true enough, i cramped. it was really bad, i cant even bend my knee(forgot to mention, my thigh muscle cramped) i have to bear with the pain and forcefully squat down in the middle of the slope. sidetrack a bit, i was still cramping the day after when i went for a birthday celebration. haha i will put all the blame to wednesday's skating and my hyperactiveness along the trip haha, racing up and down the cycle squad. cos apparently i was trying to take care of the safety of the group.

Sense of Achievement

Sense of Achievement

'O' level results had been released last friday. my student call me yesterday to tell me his results(haha normally i would just wait for my students to let me know their results). he got L1R5 of 15points. haha he was contented with it, so am I. I was really happy when i knew that he did very well with the subjects i was tutoring him for the past 1.5yrs. A1 for emaths, A2 for Amaths, A1 for combined science. Hearing a 'thank you' made my day as well. haha was always worried abt him cos he was always inconsistent with his results. guessed he proved his own worth this time round :) congratz to him. and i will strive to be a better tutor lol

Happy Friendship Day

Gonna make a short post. yesterday did sth crazy. went outta hse without any aim cos was kinda feeling down. got to the station platform, train to jurong east arrived. i board it. met jessie on the train and got to talk to her. called jin for a chat. went JEC and watched ice hockey, which i am soooo gonna learn if i got the time some day. went to have supper and stayed over at yao's place. played dota till 5+ haha that's crazy.

But brand new day. went NTU to collect flowers with yao cos this bastard agreed to deliver flowers for free lol. after much consideration, i drove yao's family car again cos it's much more convenient this way. deliver flowers at gaylang, UOB plaza, hougang. went to brewerks again, where yao and yuwen were practising parking at the park car while waiting for others lol to celebrate V-day for the lonely souls.

haha, for the first time since i passed my driving test last Jan, i am actually driving! haha but of cos that would also mean wo po jie le!! haha just drove huishi home in chengyao's car.(haha not exactly his car, he doesn't even have a liscense yet!) huishi, u should be glad u are my first passenger. same for u chengyao. to tell the truth, it was pretty 'scary' to be in the passenger seat on the way back when you are driving without a liscense lol!

Road to Recovery

Finally went to see the doctor today, took some antibiotics, lozenges, cough syrup and painkiller back home. seriously, it feels shitty to fall sick. for no rhyme or reason, i woke up in the middle of night yesterday, throat damn sore, feverish, and followed by chest pain and breathing difficulty. had a panadol, acting as both painkiller and medicine for fever, my fever went down, same for chest pain. i wun ever want to have that kinda feeling anymore. seriously. i wonder how would things be if i just ***(in view of the festive season, certain word has to be censored) in my bed last night.

my mum was telling me one of our neighbour back then suffered from cancer. she's now bed-ridden, lost all her hair to chemos, weak and helpless. even thou i dun have much impression of her, it's just as heartwrenching to hear that someone i supposedly knew is suffering. all the best and gd luck to her.

Anw, i missed the crystallite visit due to MC today, sianz. but manage to have a good rest after the first dose of medicine. slpt from 12-5, which explains why i am still typing at a time like this. haha guess i stink now, gonna go bath and have a rest.

haha! still feeling a bit sick now *cough cough* but nothing beats the smashing day we had. a full attendance today at esplanade skating in quite a while. Crazy Big Kids unite!

haha okie, i started off with a terrible day. waking up at 6am, bodyache, headache and achy neck. in short, whole bodyache? i was kinda sick yesterday, had a headache perhaps from all the heaty junk foods that i had been eating. having 3 ulcers now, 1 on lip, 1 on tongue, 1 in throat. it hurts even when i am swallowing water. anyway so just as i said i had no intention of taking MC. yes i am wierd, when i dun feel like taking MC, even if i am damn bloody sick, i wun take MC(the truth is, more often i take MC when i am not even sick lol) but knowing that getting outta bed is such a torment, i took half day morning leave which i am glad i did. haha i quit my stubborn-ness, and took a panadol pill and force myself back to slp. wake up a bit now and then but i still got some rest so i woke up feeling refreshed with headache gone. hehe got mum to massage a little for me and did some stretching on my own after that haha and there goes my bodyache :)

After that, met up with them to buy YC's skates at queensway. took a cab to my branch head MAJ Lee(haha all NSFs, yes, she is the MAJ that controls ur fate in NS muhahaha) hse cos we were already late. play a bit of card and then went to esplanade for skating. haha today i wasn't too aggressive, wanna recover from all muscleache and injury before chionging again. but it was still damn tiring cos we skate for like 3-4hrs? haha on my super heavy agro skates. on yeah mun, i was saying today was a full attendance for the lao jiao CBKs. check out the stuff we did man lol!

CNY Mini-P6 gathering

Time really flies. Primary school day seems like yesterday. Haha, after(let me count, 4yrs of Sec Sch, 2yrs of JC, 2yrs of NS) 8yrs, some of us finally met again. Heartfelt thanks to those made this possible, I really appreciated it as i had always been longing for a primary classmate gathering kinda thing, it just sounds too cool lol! Seriously, I am wondering how many pple out there still keep in touch with their primary school friends cos my sister was so shocked that the group of friends who came was from P6. Anyway it's late so a short post shall be it. Tmr's a smashing day with tuition(blah!), Bai Nian, Lao Yu Sheng, and 21st birthday celebration going on so i should go and have a good rest now! lol... another great day passed!! Looking forward to tmr!!
