CAC FOC Camp Ventura 2006

haha finally i am back!! I got back home at about 1am yesterday, staring at my monitor screen, thinking whether i should blog. Haha, in the end i gave up that idea but i still manage to compile a list of contacts for my OG before i went to sleep which i felt was a bit redundant cos my OGL did say he is going to send the contact list to us. Bleh, whatever, that's just the normal impatient self.

Well well, so where should i start for this. I think the camp is as difficult to blog as my Taiwan trip cos it was so happening! Hmm, talking about the taiwan trip, i am not done with the uploading of picture and my photo album. There's so much things waiting for me to be done right now.

First and formost, best OG and best freshie goes to KANZA! haha let's talk abt the food. Hmm, it wasn't too bad. haha best meals will be the day we went for our SP dinner and first day with Canadian pizzas, yummy. The rest of the day are all packed lunch and dinners mostly.

Haha highlights for the event will be initiation night, where we got to undergo lotsa shit blindfolded. Got flour, spices, egg, soil. What a mess. haha me and daphne kana sabo to sing duet as well. Amazing race is shiok, half a day of running and slimming lol. we went to settler's cafe then to OUB centre then to Victoria Theatre then to City link(cha siew bao ah cha siew bao!) then to arts and national museum before chionging to sentosa to 'rescue' our GL(like i care wahaha). Second day the night game was fun as well. Haha and we won all the cheer fights! (that explains how i got this sexy voice right now). One game was Captain Banana, haha exact same thing as Captain Ball but ball was replaced by banana. Haha everyone was so fierce that the packaging for banana was burst so many countless times. It was tasted exactly like banana blended after we open the packaging to eat it(cos we lost obviously). Fright night, haha not that i wanna say, it's really NOT that scary la. i was like predicting all the places they were coming from. Haha but looking at how frightened Cindy was beside me was kinda amusing hehe. All in all, the first 3 days were the most siong one, we got very little sleep, and lotsa physical activities, but nothing beats the waiting time. Seriously, most of the time it's the waiting time that makes me feel so damn demoralised or tired. Guess nothing's perfect eh?

Hmm pple. Haha i am glad my OG mates are all approachable and fun pals. Though many pple come and go during the camp, which were quite demoralising at times when u just compare the number of pple we had for games, i guess it just cannot be helped since they have their personal reason and many of us really didn't expect the camp to be this tiring. Gonna organise a blading outing soon with my OG, hope it's gonna be a success!

SP night. Haha it's kinda funny. hmm okie during the SP sabo session, only till the third room was correct. So first room, i was made to sing and do some skills i had, so haha i cheekily did a handstand in the middle of the room. Suprisingly, that handstand was quite stable though i hadn't been doing it for like ages. So second room, i was made to do pole-dance. Haha, i manage to get revenge by asking the sabo-er to be the pole, and then kick him after i was done with it. wahaha! Okie then i got to the third room, was made to sing at the doorstep, made to say lotsa mushy and erxin stuff to get my SP out(but in vain), did handstand singing as well. Damn, that was hell freaking difficult. At the dinner, thanks to XIUWEN, hao yi ge jie dao sa ren, i went on stage to contest for the best couple. First, we were made to dance, then i got to sing a love song while i was on my knees, and lastly finish off with a 30s talk to each other. Actually i kinda felt bad during the last part, cos i wanted to make the atmosphere less tense by making it exaggerately mushy. Liling took it seriously and actually i was really touched back then. I really had a great talk with her when i was blind-folded(while she's not cos she's a GL lol), and that explains why i didn't get the chance to ask about things like which CCA was she from and her external features for easier identification purpose which almost everyone did.

Okie now for some picture in case anyone gets boring. The bunk of picture i will upload ltr when i got it bah, for now these are some i took with my camera hp. In case u guys are wondering, the black guy is not an indian but me! wahahaha!

P6 Gathering Again!

P6 Gathering Again!

Haha just came back from my P6 gathering. It was kinda good that we still remain in contact after all these years thou the feeling's kinda wierd at times. Haha we were supposed to meet up at 5pm to play bball at the basketball court downstairs but a lot of pple were late. Weiyang was the first to be waved up to my hse. haha why waved up? Cos the window of my room faces the basketball court, and i waved and got him up to my house. Second was Zi Wei, third was Yingfeng. After Yingfeng came, we slacked awhile more and went down to play but my bball which hasn't been in used for more than 2yrs was already more or less deflated. Haha so we were bouncing like mad when we were trying to dribbling it.

After Bball, the guys came up to my house and had a bath before we set out to causeway point to meet the rest for dinner. We had dinner at some restaurant with Kampong-like setting on the third floor. The food wasn't bad thou i was expecting more for the amount we were paying haha. anyway, one of my greatest regret of this gathering was no picture was taken. Hiaz, if not i will be uploading all of them up onto my com and blog. Anyway, yup one last post before i start packing my stuff for my camp starting tmr. Cya guys and gals! :)

Taiwan - Day 2(Xi Men Ding+Yang Ming Shan+Dan Shui+Yu Ren Ma Tou)

Haha day 2 was tiring, cos we touched on several places. haha we woke up late, spent freaking long trying to find Ah Zong Mian Xian and still CANNOT find it. So we made do with some dou jiang you tiao + cong you bing which by the way was the first time i was drinking dou jiang with a burnt scent. While looking for the Mian Xian, we unknowingly walked into Xi Men Ding, nothing much of an interest to me, looked like Singapore's Orchard to me. We got to Yangmingshan by taking a train to Jian Tan Station and transferred a bus. We only went to Xiao You Keng of the place thou, took lotsa picture from what all can see haha. We tried to take pictures like those in Ou Xiang Ju, damn funny, but some of them looked really good! At least that's what i think =p. After that we rushed to Dan Shui/Yu Ren Ma Tou. But apparently we are kinda a bit late to really enjoy the full sunset at Yu Ren Ma Tou. We ate Ah Gei Yu Wan there as well, it was yummy. Not forgetting the picture all CPC-ians had to take inTaiwan, the CPC petrol station lol!

Haha finally got some time to add in some text. All these pictures were actually uploaded while i'm at work. Anyway, first day we didn't do much. We got to the hotel only at 8+, we were so freaking hungry haha went straight to Shilin for dinner. Ate lots junk food and the gals did a bit of shopping along the way as well =)
