Day of enjoyment!

Haha went for ice-skating during the hols. It feels good to be gliding on the ice again, even though i am spending most of the time teaching yu how to skate though haha. It's a fulfilling day, cos i think i did quite a number of stuff. Haha had a new haircut in the morning, followed by ice-skate, then the movie Devil Wears Prada (which is a very nice show =b) and lastly supper (rocher dou hua). Haha kinda feels bad for dragging jia and yao along for the movie and stuff haha cos they were SUPPOSED to study for that day la but haha nvm i think they enjoyed themselves as well (of cos la, it's with me leh). Anyway, just a short post, so just to end off, dumbness of the day:

jia: dun want la, i watch the movie before liao, u all go dun disturb both of u... unless u wanna treat me?

da: ok! i and yao treat u!

jia: wah dun want la, very paiseh.(-_-! paiseh u still say that in the first case)

upon reaching the threatre

jia: what u wanna eat? porn corn? nachos?

da: ??? no need la, ex leh...

jia: nvm u treat me movie i treat u all food loh...

da: so how much the porn corn and nachos cost ah?

jia: hmm not sure leh...

da: i guess u din realise it's more expensive than the movie tix itself right?

jia: AHHHHHHHHHHHH

da: -_-!, how ben dan hahahahahaha

Windsurfing

Windsurfing

Just came back from level 1 proficiency for windsurfing. Although i think i am still quite clumsy at it, i think i am already in love with it! haha i am gonna join the wind-surfing club! hmm i dun inspire to be like my friend who's so pro at it, but i just want to get to the level whereby i can do all the 'tricks' all by myself and surf out to the opensea! I think this is going to be excited. Hmm the training is on every saturday, i wonder whether i can commit to it cos of tuition and everything but i will try. The thought of learning one new interesting watersports is driving me crazy! haha so does anyone want to come along with me and join in the fun? :b

hehe the only regret for the windsurfing trip is that i didn't take any photos, even though i brought my camera along! haha partly cos i forgot, and also due to the fact it's kinda wierd to get someone taking picture of me getting onto the board. Very fake! haha so yeah nvm, i will have the chance when i join the club. All the best to myself.

Yeah! it's the holidays again! let's rock

haha well well well, where shall i start? It's been sometimes since i last blogged. Yeah, maybe just look at the past events that i had missed out here. Hmm i had been squeezing part-time job(x2) in between my crazy schedules of mugging and chilling outs to earn some more cash. Haha i think a lot of my friends know i had been quite independent in terms of my cashflow since j2. But i told my mum before i started school that i am not taking many tuitions because i want to concentrate on my studies so yeah, now i am on pocket money. Although it's not a huge amount like some pple is taking partly because i am still teaching, i'm kinda not used to it. Afterall i had not been asking for pocketmoney for yrs, so yeah now i am looking at getting one more student and maybe stop asking for pocketmoney haha, so for now part-time's the way to go.

Anyway that aside, i was talking about my 2 x part-times haha. As usual, it's with Ritz, an asiapacific event organising company. The first time i worked was for the prudential party at suntec. So the second and third that i went for, it's at mount faber and fort canning park respectively. My jobs again are pretty simple, coordinating the crowd into the cable car station at harbourfront when the guests arrived, and road marshal to guide pple up fort canning. Heh so here's some pictures that i can find from my camera phone.

It's really been a freaking long time since i last took cable cars! and first time for free!!

So next up, the event at fort canning for some IMF related event, the client is national commercial bank of saudi arabi this time round. Haha, guess what we were trying to do.

Finally, do u see a bit of smoke coming out? We were trying to test out some smoking pipe of whatever they call it. But yeah it's just for fun, u guys know i will never smoke =)

Alrighty, i went to do some volunteer work 1-2 weeks back. So how i get this 'lobang'? Here it goes...

haha quite dumb, but anyway i agreed. Basically went to labrador park and brought the disabled around, played some simple games haha though it can be quite bored at times, hmm haha helping them find some smiles isn't too bad afterall. Well i haven really got the pictures from my friend yet, so yah here's all that i've got from my stupid camera phone.

yawnz... it's a torture to wake up so early on a weekend... the sun's still so low loh!

Sea breezes are really shiok... esp when it's pouring!

I was trying to snap the shot of the differences in the colour of sea, it was very bluish far far out, and it's kinda greenish in the shallow waters...

Skating

Now, the open area downstairs are like a skater's paradise. U can see pple putting cones and practising everyday. Mine being an agro(sp?) skates, doesn't really fit in well there, but i am really gian to join them everytime i see them practise. I wanna sell for skates for a free skates!! I'm broke le. Anyone can help me? This' a photo i just took from my room...

I will miss this place

I will miss this place

For the past >24hrs, i'm in my sister's place, supposedly studying. Well, i clocked 2hrs from yesterday and 6-7hrs of not that productive time today. Even though it's quite unproductive in the sense i didn't do as much as i planned, i am starting to pick things up slowly. Understanding some stuff along the way, digesting them and apply to questions. This is the place i started to see some light.

Too bad. My sister's gonna start her tuition class in the hse soon, so there wouldn't be much of a space/ time for me to come over hehe. It's kinda good to see my sister also, ever since she got married, she's busy with her work. Now that she's finally settled down, quitting her job and starting a tuition class in the hse, she's back to her busy life. Even though she's working very little hrs per week, she needs a lot of time preparing classes, guess it balances anyway.

Haha my parents are kinda funny/sore about this though. Giving my sis a hard time whenever she comes home haha saying she dun care abt us anymore. Guess they are just missing her as equally as me and my little brother does.

Anyway, time for me to pack up and stop imposing on them hehe.

I will miss this place :)

Finally it's a weekend again! The moment i opened my eyes, i saw my little brother standing beside my bed staring at me. Haha i wonder if he woke me up or it's just his presence which made me wake up. After knowing that i am awake, he told me he made American Breakfast for all of us today and in a few minutes time, he came into my room again with a whole big plate of stuff including ham, egg, bread, chicken fillet, hotdog. Haha how i wish he can stay as cute as he had always been(minus off the times he's being disobedient and stubborn, purposely trying to spite me).

I love my family!
