Stay Healthy! Or rather BE healthy!
Stay Healthy! Or rather BE healthy!Alright, as quite a number of my friends already knew, i had been falling sick numerous times for the past 1-2months, and i am really pissed off and sick of whole getting sick cycle. So i am gonna break it now. Here's the plan for the hols. Immediate effect(Be healthy!) includes:
1. Detox for a month! No junkies! (at least minimal)2. No late night! (12am slp!!!!!!!!!!)From next week onwards, that's for my stay healthy plan once i get well!
1. Swimming, at least twice a week.2. Jogging, at least once a week.3. Weights, at least twice a week.Basically at least 5 days with body workout. Anyone wanna play squash pls jio me! haha but i guess only for weekends since i am working during weekdays.
Now, other things to do in this hols.
1. Pack wardrobe! (it's in a mess!)
2. Pack notes! (50% done)
3. Tidy up my taiwan trip photos!(i think it's only 20% done now... haiz)
that's all i can think of... ganbate!
*EDIT*

A small getaway with a lesson to be learnt
A small getaway with a lesson to be learntHad an outing with my OG last wednesday. It feels good to be out in the sun again after the one-month long torturing studying for examinations. It's been sometime since i last went Sentosa as well. Although the turn-out wasn't as good as i was expecting, i enjoyed myself. Playing beach games such as frisbee and touch rugby. Cai-ing quan in the deep seawaters proves to be fatal as well. Sleeping on the beach under the mild sun is super shiok as well.
Anyway, here's some picture that we took that day when we were about to leave palawan cos i forgot i brought my camera along! hah!
It's always good to see friends getting together as couple. All the best Sara and Kyle haha :)
Anyway, just something for all to ponder. Do u think organisers of an event like the turn-out to be kns? If no, just something for all to note.
1. Don't ask the 'who's going' question. Just let the organiser know whether u ARE coming or not.
2. Worse still, making the organiser list down each and every souls who's going.
3. Worst of all, continue asking for names when the organiser already tried listing down at least 7-8 souls out of courtesy, instead of hanging up to u.
4. Late-comers. Although i am usually late, it's usually 5-15mins late? 30mins sometimes. Anything more, usually i will know beforehand and let the organiser know the time that i will be reaching. So if u were to be many many hrs late, just because u chose to schedule some appt before the event, means u place no importance in the event itself right? Dun bother coming then. Seriously, as a person i dun like to attend something just for the sake of it. So as an organiser, i wouldn't expect pple to come when they dun feel like it as well.
5. No shows. There's a saying. Chi Dao Hao Guo Mei Dao. So much so pple do come late for hrs, i still believe any organiser will appreciate the effort individuals made in order to come. There are different classification of condemnation of no-shows.
(i) The individual sms-ed the organiser informing about his/her no-show after the time to meet already passed
(ii) Organiser sms-ed only to find out the person isn't coming
(iii) Organiser sms-ed but no reply (hello? so are you dead already?)
6. Don't ask the 'who's still coming' question. You already made it great by showing up, dun downgrade yourself by asking this kind of question. To have read this far, i am sure u agree that no organiser would like the turn-out to be kns, so he is trying his best as well!

Weak
WeakFeeling real weak recently. Stomach flu, cold, sore throat, fever, flu, cough, headache had visited me at least once for the past month, either alone or in groups. I have no idea what's happening to me but after thinking through how different my lifestyle was for the past month, i think i got the answer. It's exercise. I haven been exercising since 1st Nov when i started my revision for the exam. So i thought it's high time that i should start exercising and probably train a little in the hols as quite a number of pple commented that i had shrunk since the start of the semester.
So there i was, standing in front of the swimming pool this morning, only to find that the pool had been closed for renovation since yesterday. So i guess i had to make adjustment to my future swimming plans. So yeah, that's it! i gonna start exercising and keep fit, stay healthy!
